At LookFlightsFares (lookflightsfares.com), we facilitate refund requests with operating airline suppliers on behalf of our travelers.
1. Refund Eligibility Criteria
Refunds are granted strictly based on the operating airline’s fare rules and ticket conditions:
- Eligible Refunds: Cancellations made within the 24-hour grace period, refundable ticket classes, or carrier-initiated flight cancellations where alternative transport was declined.
- Non-Eligible Items: Expired tickets, used flight coupons, and airline "No-Show" departures where the passenger did not cancel before scheduled flight departure.
2. Processing Timelines
Once an eligible refund request is approved by the airline, refunds to credit cards typically appear within 7 to 14 business days, depending on the passenger's financial institution billing cycle.
